About the role
This is a full-time Operations & Sales Executive role based in the Pioneer West Region. The role is responsible for supporting the company's marine and offshore parts sales and operations, playing a key part in the company's growth plans.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage sales and operations for marine and offshore parts, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth
- Provide technical support and advice to customers on product selection and applications
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer activities
- Support the wider sales and operations team as needed
What they're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or operations role
- Strong technical knowledge of marine and offshore parts and equipment is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
