Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence emails, letters, statements, documents, and reports
- Draft company's policies, regulations, rules, and supervise the implementation.
- Manage filing and document control for company policies, regulations, SOPs, contracts & agreements, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Possess legal knowledge and liaise with lawyers when required.
- Fully in charges the administration department and manage administrative issues for the company.
- Process administrative work related to government authorities, associations, the company’s head office, customers, and visitors.
- Handle administrative and logistical arrangements for customers and visitors.
- Organize events by coordinating with relevant departments for planning and implementation.
- Collect training requirements from relevant departments, prepare the company training plan, and supervise its implementation.
- Collect and arrange daily and weekly activities for company management.
- Manage vehicles and drivers for the company.
- Provide backup support for colleagues in IT and HR positions.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by superiors.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders from China through email and calls.
