Finance Manager, Up $5K
Duration: 1 Year Contract (Extendable)
Location: One North/ Buona Vista
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 830am to 6pm
Friday 830am to 530pm
Responsibilities:
Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance
- Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. WBS, fund, cost centre) in a timely manner upon request from stakeholders and in accordance with Summary of Procedure (SOPs).
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents provided by stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in master data or documentation.
- Perform closing and re-opening of project codes timely as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform checks on master data, flagging exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure projects/grants documentation (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals) are well organised and maintained.
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports to research and supporting entities.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors in accountancy or finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in audit or FP&A is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
