Job descriptions:
- Provide excellent customer service to the patients
- Serving of food and drinks to patients and clearing it once patients have finished their meals
- Checking food served against patient meal orders
- Assist in inventory management
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
- Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Job requirements:
- No healthcare background needed
- Must have customer serivce skills
- Have to work one weekend
