We are assisting our client, an established healthcare provider, to search for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To lead the implementation of ERP systems and provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ERP applications.
- To analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.
- Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems and work closely with the IT Project Manager to ensure application vendors fulfill their SLA.
- Prioritise service request/change request.
- Perform UAT for any release of application patches and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Generate accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial reports based on business finance requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules.
- To Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably with 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst. Those with experience in finance modules in ERP system upgrades and migrations are preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques is preferred.
- Good to have certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) and familiarity with SQL and data management tools.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
