Quality Service & Finance Officer

Responsibilities

You will assist in the tasks of the Quality Service and Finance units for the client, with a focus on both quality service and finance support, including:


Quality Service tasks:

1. Addressing clients' queries over the phone and via emails.

2. Attending to walk-in clients.

3. Providing administrative support to the QS team as needed.

4. Any other duties assigned by the QS Manager.


Finance tasks:

1. Handling procurement tasks and managing stock of pantry/stationery items.

2. Scanning, filing, and organizing documents.

3. Checking details in SCMS for investigations, processing refunds, and resolving discrepancies in backlog or current cases.

4. Assisting with the implementation of NETS at kiosks.

5. Sending email reminders to Hakams to submit claims.

6. Any other duties assigned by the Finance Officer/Manager.


Working Arrangement:

Working Hours:

Mon to Thurs – 8am to 5.30pm

Fri – 8am to 5pm

Sat-Sun and PHs - Not working

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Lengkok Bahru


Requirements:

1. Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems.

3. Good communication and writing skills

4. Organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

6. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document handling, procurement, and financial tasks.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

8. A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

9. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

10. Passionate about serving the community and demonstrating empathy and respect when dealing with clients and colleagues.
