About the role
You’ll be the facilities expert, implementing cutting-edge strategies that enable preventive maintenance of our facilities and sustainability of the environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage facilities and office space to ensure government regulations, environmental, health and security standards are met
- Create and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of our facilities
- Provide consultation to management on energy efficiency and process optimization based on data-driven analysis
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of maintenance personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Manage and direct all central purchasing including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and stationery etc
- Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, security, grounds maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- At least Degree / Diploma in any related/relevant discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good leadership capability and organizational management skills
- Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
