Job Highlights
- Contract Duration: 6 - 12 months.
- Nearest MRT Station: Orchard MRT.
- 5 Working Days per Week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including tax agents, auditors, and corporate secretaries.
- Update weekly cash flows and support quarterly GST filings, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Maintain financial records, including fixed asset registers and intercompany transactions.
- Manage bank accounts, facilitate openings, and assist with AML/KYC checks.
- Support tax filings, compliance reporting, and statutory submissions.
- Process payments, claims, and handle other financial tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in finance would be advantageous.
- Experienced in AML/KYC management, taxing, accounts receivable & payable would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices.
