Responsibilities:
- Discuss sales issues with Sales Executives and provide guidance, support, and solutions to challenges.
- Monitor the progress and activities of Sales Executives, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Offer product and sales training to enhance team performance.
- Collect market insights through feedback from Sales Executives.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Service and Delivery) to ensure seamless customer service coordination.
- Visit customers to gather feedback on product demonstrations and progress.
- Evaluate individual Sales Executive performance, offering motivation and encouragement to meet sales targets.
- Organize weekly team brainstorming sessions to develop strategies and plans for improving sales performance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management as required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales-related experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate sales teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have access to personal transportation.
