Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Zoom interview bookings and onboarding, including urgent and manual requests.
  • Handle stakeholder calls, such as lawyers and law enforcement, to assist with interview bookings and related inquiries.
  • Process interview requests and conduct manual checks for last-minute changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on various interview requests and prepare detailed interview reports.
  • Oversee the dispatch of urgent documents couriered by law firms for upcoming hearings.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Zoom.
