Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and achieve digital communication objectives across multiple business units
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and various social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand creative content for various digital marketing channels
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital paid advertising, preferably from a digital marketing agency
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, and display advertising
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position
- Proficiency with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with some experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
- A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering digital lead generation
