Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with priority banking clients by providing tailored financial solutions that meet their individual needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of priority banking clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients through regular meetings, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services.
  • Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products, including investments, insurance, loans, and other wealth management solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products to offer clients the best options.
  • Achieve sales targets for new business acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling of financial products to clients.
    Identify and source new clients through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to expand the client base and increase wallet share.
  • Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their continued business and satisfaction.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain client loyalty.
  • Implement strategies to reduce client attrition and retain key accounts.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of clients' portfolios and make recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Review clients’ financial goals regularly to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and market conditions.
  • Provide high-quality and efficient after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Offer tailored solutions to resolve clients’ banking or investment needs in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Relationship Manager within Priority/Privilege/Premier Banking.
  • Personal Bankers with a proven sales track record or Financial Advisors qualified for MDRT are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated sales expertise and ability to work with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
  • Knowledge of wealth management products like FX, bonds, and structured notes.
