Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Plan, execute, and deliver build components of the project.
· Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.
Requirement Analysis:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
Application Development:
· Develop and deploy applications using low-code development platforms such as PEGA.
· Adhere to best practices and coding standards.
Cross Workstream Integration:
· Ensure seamless integration of built components with existing systems and capabilities.
· Collaborate across project workstreams for successful delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
· Drive innovation in low-code development processes, tools, and methodologies.
· Identify and implement areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Operations Support:
· Ensure production systems and applications are online and available.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues as needed.
· Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with low-code platforms such as PEGA.
· Background in Java development (preferred for candidates transitioning to PEGA).
· Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in integrating applications with legacy systems.
· Knowledge of PEGA tools, frameworks, and best practices.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to PEGA development for candidates with a Java development background.
