Construction Admin cum Account

Ljr Design & Construction Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Admin cum Account to assist in the management and coordination of construction projects.




Main Duties and Responsibilities:


- Issue invoices in a timely manner.


- Assist in managing and coordinating with various stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.


- Ensure timely issuance of Statements of Account (SOA) and track payments.


- Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections to ensure compliance, and identify discrepancies.


- Assist in preparing, managing, and administering construction contracts.


- Prepare and submit project progress reports.


- Perform other relevant duties and tasks as assigned.




Requirements:


- Diploma in Administration or a related field.


- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.


- Proficiency in accounting software, drafting tools, and project management systems.


- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.


- Detail-oriented, organized, and a collaborative team player.
