This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Admin.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Bukit Teresa.
Contract Period: from 17 Jan 2025 to 16 Jan 2026
Option to Extend: for a further period of 01 year
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 12:30pm
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The service required are set out as follows :
- Typing/printing.
- Data entry work.
- Reception duties.
- Answering telephone calls from teachers, parents and members of the public.
- Data collation of surveys.
- Preparation of refreshments for school event
- Sorting and delivery for items delivered to the school.
- Attend to students who are unwell/injured in the sick bay.
- Assist school staff with binding and lamination works.
- Maintain the school’s stores for office supplies and stationeries.
- Assists the payment officer to check documents and to collate supporting documents from staff.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Pleasant personality.
- Ability to use Office Programmes such as Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous personality.
- Preferably first-aid trained.
