What you'll be doing
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain a Site Diary, document events, and oversee installation details for code compliance
- Attend progress and technical meetings while resolving coordination issues with stakeholders
- Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of drawings, submittals, and samples
- Plan and conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning schedules with all relevant parties
- Monitor project progress, track defects, and provide updates on outstanding or non-compliant works
What we're looking for
- Diploma level in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy within the built environment sector
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting and 3D Sketchup software is advantageous
