Responsibilities:
- Lead the SSL Sales Support team
- Responsible in driving sales and maximizing revenue opportunities for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and other security products in various industries
- Forging new business relationship, maintaining existing business relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction with accountability and follow up
- Involve in ad-hoc projects that will give exposure to individual portfolio
- Preparing and delivering of technical presentation and demonstrations, manage the customer’s expectations as well as sales/technical enquiry
- Supporting pre-sales and post-sale activities
- Obtaining and defining customer requirements, leading any account management activities and continuously obtaining market intelligence to identify new business opportunity, as well as strategic and channel partnership opportunities
- Perform multi-task writing assignments such as writing consulting reports, proposals, research documents, business management manuals and marketing documents
Requirements:
- Diploma or Polytechnic graduate in Computer and/or Information Technology, Sales and Marketing with at least 3 years relevant work experience
- Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration
- Customer oriented with good communication skills
- Well organized, positive attitude, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
