Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ARIBA Support Specialist to assist with user testing, training, and post-go-live support for our ARIBA implementation. This role will be crucial in ensuring that users are effectively onboarded and supported as they transition to the ARIBA platform.
Key Responsibilities:
User Testing:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Identify, document, and communicate any issues or enhancements needed during testing phases.
- Assist in refining processes based on user feedback to ensure system effectiveness.
Training:
- Develop training materials and user guides tailored to different user roles.
- Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for end-users, ensuring comprehension and retention.
- Provide ongoing support during training sessions, addressing questions and concerns.
Post Go-Live Support:
- Offer day-to-day support for users post-implementation, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Monitor user adoption and provide additional coaching where necessary.
- Collect user feedback for continuous improvement of ARIBA processes and tools.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on system usage and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between users and the project team to address concerns and updates promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP ARIBA, including a strong understanding of procurement processes. Candidate has implemented and deployed at least 2 global/regional SAP ARIBA projects.
- Previous experience in user training, support, and UAT facilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other procurement tools and systems.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Certification in ARIBA or relevant procurement methodologies is a plus.
