About our client: Our client is a leading international engineering services company, well-known for delivering large-scale projects for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals and Pharmaceutical industries.
*This is a yearly renewable role and the successful candidate will work on-site in our client's office.
Work Location: Alexandra
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5: 30 PM, Mondays to Fridays
About the role:
- Answering of telephone calls
- Outgoing mails-postage reconciliation
- Coordinating of meeting rooms
- Registration of visitors pass
- Taxi bookings
- Receiving of documents on behalf of DMG department whenever they are shorthanded
- Maintenance of the registration printer
- Arranging of trunk calls
- The collection point for letters/cheques by Accounts to clients
About you:
- Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification
- At least 3 years' of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience using telephone switchboard, unified communication systems (eg. phone, video conferencing etc)
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
- Able to communicate with different levels of organization.
- Able to work effectively in a busy office environment.
