What you'll be doing
- Conduct diagnostic laboratory tests on patient samples, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Prepare, process, and analyse clinical specimens in line with standard operating procedures
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting when necessary
- Work closely with healthcare teams to interpret test results and support clinical decision-making
- Maintain a clean and organised lab environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with the training and orientation of new team members, promoting effective team collaboration
- Contribute to ongoing lab improvement initiatives and perform ad hoc duties as needed
What we're looking for
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree level in Biomedical Science or related studies
- 1 - 2 years of similar working experience, preferably in Healthcare setting
