Job Description
Join a reputable aesthetics brand as a Customer Service Executive, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing appointments, payments, and inquiries. This role offers exposure to the dynamic beauty and wellness industry while fostering your interpersonal and administrative skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and walk-ins, providing excellent service.
- Schedule, reschedule, and remind customers of their appointments.
- Perform invoicing and cashiering duties, including daily payment settlement.
- Enter and consolidate report data for submission.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and team-player mindset.
- Previous experience in a similar role or an aesthetics background is preferred.

- Salary: From $2,400/month.
- Locations: Multiple locations near MRT stations, including Bedok Mall, Nex, JCube (Jurong East), and Funan.
- Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with retail hours (shifts).
