Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Supply Chain industry. They are looking for a HR L&D specialist (2 years contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders while continuously improving departmental services and tools.
- Oversee and regularly update the training tool to align with established skills frameworks.
- Develop and manage a technical skills framework and training programs for workers.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, create training checklists, and update skill development.
- Recommend and source external courses to address specific requirements.
- Design training matrices and development programs for managers, especially online learning.
- Work with external parties to create and update training content and automate processes for courses and programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma level or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
