JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Digital Strategy Development – Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the industry to drive brand growth and awareness
  • Content Creation & Management – Develop engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and email newsletters, to educate and engage our audience
  • Social Media Marketing – Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging and customer engagement
  • SEO & SEM – Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic to the site
  • Lead Generation & Conversion – Implement lead generation campaigns and nurturing strategies to convert website visitors and social media followers into qualified leads
  • Email Marketing – Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote services, share insights, and drive engagement with clients and prospects
  • Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key insights that inform digital marketing strategies
  • Data Tracking & Analytics – Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools to ensure effectiveness and optimize results
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging
  • Brand Building – Focus on enhancing the company's online brand presence, ensuring consistency in messaging across all digital touchpoints, and positioning the company as a leader in the industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
  • Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
