JOB DESCRIPTION
- Social Media Strategy – Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty across platforms
- Content Creation – Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media platforms, aligning with the company’s brand voice and values
- Community Engagement – Build and nurture a vibrant online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering relationships with followers
- Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic campaigns across various platforms, ensuring performance meets business objectives
- Content Calendar – Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar, scheduling posts and aligning with marketing campaigns and seasonal trends
- Analytics and Reporting – Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions, providing detailed performance reports and insights for continuous improvement
- Social Media Trends – Stay on top of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Brand Consistency – Ensure that all social media content is on-brand and consistent with the company’s tone, voice, and guidelines
- Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to support integrated campaigns and initiatives
- Influencer Partnerships – Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the reach and impact of social media campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
- Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
