JOB DESCRIPTION
- Campaign Execution – Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Content Development – Work with the content team to create compelling marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, brochures, and social media posts
- Event Support – Help plan, organize, and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the brand and engage with customers
- Digital Marketing Assistance – Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email campaigns, and paid advertisements
- Market Research – Conduct research to gather insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Brand Consistency – Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with the company’s branding guidelines and messaging
- Analytics Tracking – Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Client Liaison – Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of marketing materials
- Budget Coordination – Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring campaigns stay within budget
- Creative Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to brainstorm ideas and ensure the successful execution of campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
