JOB DESCRIPTION
- Office Operations Champion – Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office functionality
- Documentation Pro – Prepare, manage, and organize files, reports, and records with precision
- Meeting Facilitator – Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and manage agendas and minutes
- Communication Hub – Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Data Manager – Maintain accurate databases and generate timely reports for various departments
- Support Specialist – Assist teams with administrative needs and ensure efficient processes
- Supply Overseer – Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain productivity
- Event Assistant – Support planning and execution of corporate events and internal activities
- Process Improver – Identify and implement ways to streamline administrative workflows
- Problem Solver – Address challenges with proactive solutions to keep operations on track
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
