Job Description:


1. Strategic Planning and Decision Making

  • Develop Company Strategy: Formulate long-term and short-term development strategies based on market trends, company goals, and industry dynamics.
  • Optimize Resource Allocation: Plan the company's resources efficiently, including human, financial, and physical resources, to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Enhance Market Competitiveness: Improve the company’s competitive edge through market research, brand building, and product innovation.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring that departments work in coordination and achieve performance targets efficiently.
  • Team Management: Lead various departments, clarify roles and responsibilities, boost team morale, promote collaboration, and conduct regular team training and performance evaluations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor the company’s financial status, set budgets, control costs effectively, ensure profitability, and enhance capital liquidity.

3. Market Expansion and Client Management

  • Develop New Markets: Formulate market expansion plans based on company strategy, identify new business opportunities and partners, and explore new business areas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term good relationships with clients, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
  • Enhance Brand Influence: Drive brand promotion activities to increase the company’s recognition and influence in the industry.

4. Business Development and Innovation

  • Develop New Business: Continuously develop new services and business models based on market demand and industry trends, increasing market share.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Optimize existing business processes, leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, and maintain the company’s innovation momentum.

5. Policy and Legal Compliance

  • Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.
  • Crisis Management and Risk Control: Identify potential risks and take effective measures to minimize risks, ensuring the stability of the company’s operations.

6. Communication and Reporting

  • Report to Senior Management: Regularly report to the board of directors or shareholders on company operations, financial status, and key performance indicators.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate and cooperate with senior management of various departments to implement company decisions.

7. Corporate Culture and Employee Development

  • Promote Corporate Culture: Foster and develop the company culture, enhancing employee sense of belonging and cohesion.
  • Talent Development: Create employee training plans, identify and promote high-potential talent, and improve the overall team’s capabilities.

8. Performance Evaluation and Incentive Mechanism

  • Set Performance Targets: Establish clear business and department performance targets and drive departments to achieve these objectives.
  • Incentive and Reward Systems: Develop reward and incentive mechanisms based on performance, ensuring the motivation and productivity of the company's employees.

Job Requirements:


1.Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.

MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.

2.Work Experience

5-10 years of relevant industry experience, with 3-5 years in a management role.

Experience in business development, team management, and financial management.

3.Key Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to implement long-term plans.
Financial management, market analysis, and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Adaptable and resilient, able to handle challenges effectively.

5.Technical Proficiency

Familiar with industry-related software (e.g., ERP, project management tools).

Established network and resources in the industry to drive business growth.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
