Job Scope :
Admin Officer
- Administrative works
- Preparing PO/DO/Invoices/Quotations
-Coordinate with sales team, internal department & customers to ensure smoothness of operations & delivery item within reasonable timeframe
- Liaise, coordinate and monitor between internal and external parties of the status of project and order
- Monitoring client monthly payment status
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement:
- Entry level is welcome to apply, training is provided
- Candidates with related experiences (Admin / Customer service / sales support) will have advantage
- Basic computer skill is required
