Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and support the daily operations of assigned imaging services to meet clinical needs and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Review and update policies and workflows to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor budgets, analyze expenses, and optimize resource use.
- Develop strategies to boost revenue, control costs, and support the section head in enhancing departmental services in line with technological trends and market competition.
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience, collaborating with front-desk staff and hospital teams.
- Ensure clear communication between hospital leadership and staff.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, support clinical and hospital projects, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally with 2 years of healthcare experience
- Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Team player with leadership potential, able to work under pressure and independently
