- Min Diploma in Electronics with manufacturing experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform wafer testing and die testing on respective platforms according to the schedule.
Execute die sorting activities on the sorting platform as planned.
Ensure compliance with 6S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) within the Fab.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in 6-inch or 8-inch Fab environments is a plus.
- Understanding of test methods.
- Capable of understanding basic equipment labels and common terms used in cleanrooms.
- Proven ability as team member ; skilled in multitasking and performing under pressure.
