Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management and allocation of chassis using FIFO principles
- Generate and submit daily/monthly performance and inventory reports to management
- Prepare and verify reports related to Sales (e.g., BCS A1, provisions for impairment) and perform SAP postings for Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), and Inventory
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and order intake estimates to HQ logistics (including DSPT, rolling forecasts, and inventory time phases)
- Maintain an updated order book and ensure all orders are signed within authorized limits
- Control and monitor inventory (e.g., stock lists), keeping sales teams informed on availability and order status
- Prepare presentation slides for key meetings (Demand Review, Business Review Meetings)
- Facilitate the activation of release notes and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless implementation of the CM system
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE “O” level with 1-2 years of working experience
- Strong in excel (vlookup, pivot table etc) and data crunching
- Accounting background is advantageous
