Job Scope
- Ensure orders are accurate and ready for fulfilment by verifying order details and availability of stock.
- Pick items from inventory according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pack products securely to minimize damage during shipping, adhering to company packaging standards.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure items are available for order fulfilment.
- Process returned items in accordance with company return policies.
- Communicate with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues such as delays, product damages, or order discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the order management and inventory systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and packaging.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Requirement
- GCE O Level and above
- 1 – 3 years related experience in relevant position
- Possess Forklift License is an added advantage
