Responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee specific suppliers contract administration
- Taking off quantities for tenders or site projects.
- Taking BQ for tender submission.
- Ensuring tender submission is on time.
- Sourcing quotation from subcon and supplier
- Preparation of material quantities to be delivered to the site
Requirement:
- At least 2 years of quantity Surveyor experience in M&E
- MUST BE Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with chinese speaking counterparts
