Our Client is in the Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Manufacturing and Production Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Offer continuous technical support to contract manufacturers, resolving electronic engineering issues encountered during production.
- Work closely with manufacturers to establish and uphold rigorous quality control standards, ensuring reliable and consistent product performance.
- Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.
- Address and resolve electronic engineering challenges to prevent production delays and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement design enhancements that improve product quality and streamline manufacturability.
- Coordinate investment audits with cross-functional teams, conduct regular physical asset inspections, and assist with annual inventory checks as needed.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given
Requirement
- Min Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineer or a related field
- Min 4 years in EMS - Electronic device assembly
- Good understanding in overall supply chain, manufacturing technology, process set-up, process validation and SOP support
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing, planning, quality, SAP, PLM
- Knowledge and experience in wearable electrical device's assembling
- Comfortable to travel overseas often
