About the role
Reporting to the Director of Business Growth , your key responsibilities would includes
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with strategic e-commerce partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering mutual value.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring that both performance and financial terms are met.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, ensuring high levels of collaboration and service delivery.
- Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, product, operations) to ensure project alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Analyze key metrics, customer data, and trends to continually refine e-commerce strategies for improved performance.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, both within existing partnerships and through the acquisition of new partners and channels.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership, offering insights into performance, opportunities for cost optimization, and revenue growth.
Skills and experience required
- 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, project management, and partner management, preferably with exposure to financial oversight and P&L responsibility.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects in the e-commerce or digital space, including vendor management and partnership development.
- Strong experience in negotiating and structuring high-impact partnerships with external stakeholders.
