As part of driving these new business divisions, they are seeking an ideal candidate with a strong background in the E-commerce industry, with expertise in driving the growth and optimization of digital platforms, managing cross-functional teams, and building successful partnerships to enhance business performance.


About the role

Reporting to the Director of Business Growth , your key responsibilities would includes

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with strategic e-commerce partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering mutual value.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring that both performance and financial terms are met.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, ensuring high levels of collaboration and service delivery.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, product, operations) to ensure project alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
  • Analyze key metrics, customer data, and trends to continually refine e-commerce strategies for improved performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, both within existing partnerships and through the acquisition of new partners and channels.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership, offering insights into performance, opportunities for cost optimization, and revenue growth.

Skills and experience required

  • 5+ years of experience in E-commerce, project management, and partner management, preferably with exposure to financial oversight and P&L responsibility.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects in the e-commerce or digital space, including vendor management and partnership development.
  • Strong experience in negotiating and structuring high-impact partnerships with external stakeholders.
