Clinic Assistant (Customer Service | Admin | Receptionist | Training Provided)

  • Well Established Clinic
  • Basic $1800 - $2200 + Allowances + AWS
  • Working location: Bukit Merah
  • Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
  • Working hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm / 9.00 - 12.30pm
  • Training will be provided for those with/without experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Register patients, attend to phone calls, schedule appointments and follow ups.
  • Prepare and dispense medications and consumables.
  • Payment collection.
  • Arranges logistics for prescribed tests.
  • Updating of medical billings/invoices into online healthcare portals.
  • Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables.
  • Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination.
  • Providing high quality patient care service experience.
  • Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare setting is an advantage otherwise training will be provided.
  • Computer-literate. Able to operate MS Word, Excel.
