Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Geylang Bahru
Responsibilities
1. Scanning document
- Scan document into system
- Create and update MS Excel List (METADATA Listing) & file handover
- Upload the digital files for quality check by verifying the scanned documents with physical documents
2. Document sotrage
- Pack the files in the cartons and list them using MS EXCEL.
- Update the cartons numbers with serialised cable ties no. in the inventory list and vendor portal
3. Disposal of document
- Handling file disposal processes (e.g. Segregation, listing and witnessing the disposal)
4. Vendor liaison
- Coordinate with vendors for document collection, delivery and disposal.
5. Ad-hoc duties
- Printing outgoing letters, scanning incoming documents and handling out going registered mails
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS especially in Excel with knowledge of vlookup function.
- Good communication skills as need to communicate with vendors
- Meticulous and an eye for details
- Able to work independently and complete the job as scheduled
