Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding product issues and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Update purchase and sales prices.
- Generate sales and purchase reports.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator
- Comfortable to travel overseas when required
- Proficiency in Japanese is required to liaise with Japanese clients
