Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk functions and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment. This role includes welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, managing office supplies, and coordinating facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals.
- Answer phone calls and address general inquiries.
- Manage mail, couriers, and office access cards.
- Maintain cleanliness in reception, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Order pantry and office supplies, ensuring daily availability.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility services, repairs, and maintenance.
- Support meetings by coordinating refreshments and serving when required.
Safety Commitment:
- Promote and practice workplace safety, adhering to global safety standards.
- Identify and address unsafe acts or conditions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ‘O’ levels or ITE certification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
