Job Title: Software Quality Engineer - Senior Consultant
Salary: $9,800.00
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale and complex testing efforts, ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards.
- Own the test strategy, test execution, and test automation for critical software projects.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for testing and automation across the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of testers, fostering collaboration and ensuring knowledge sharing.
- Provide expertise in areas such as application performance and security testing.
- Take ownership of the test automation framework and continuously improve it based on feedback and emerging trends.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- More than 6 years of experience in software testing, including a deep focus on exploratory testing and automation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive test strategies and innovations across teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile testing practices and tools.
- Extensive experience with a variety of testing tools and frameworks, including those mentioned above.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and tools.
