Responsibilities:
- Same as Associate Consultant but with an increased level of responsibility, including leading the test strategy development and mentoring junior testers.
- Take on more complex test automation projects and drive improvements in test processes.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development cycle.
- Provide technical leadership for test automation and work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure optimal test coverage.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- More than 4 years of experience in exploratory testing and automation.
- Proven experience in leading test automation initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong understanding of Agile testing practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
