Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, complex projects with strategic importance, ensuring that they align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage project execution, from planning through to delivery, including scope management, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between business analysts, solution architects, IT infrastructure engineers, and other team members.
- Manage audits and compliance processes, ensuring that all project activities meet security, governance, and resilience requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued project success and support for future initiatives.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- More than 7 years of Project Management experience, with significant experience leading large-scale, complex software development projects.
- In-depth experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile project teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proven experience in managing project audits, compliance, and quality management systems.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and present to senior executives.
- Project Management certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMI) are highly preferred.
