Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale product development projects, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and effectively communicated to stakeholders and development teams.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, working closely with the Product Owner, UX designers, and development teams.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and product development activities, driving continuous improvements in both processes and outcomes.
- Lead UAT planning and execution, working with business users to ensure that the final product meets their expectations and requirements.
- Take the lead in scope management, issue resolution, and project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive business process changes, identify gaps, and ensure that changes are incorporated into the product design and implementation.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of the Product Backlog and Project RAID Log.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- More than 5 years of experience in business analysis or product management in software development projects.
- Deep experience with Agile project methodologies, UX design processes, and large-scale business system implementations.
- Proven track record in leading product development teams and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-making.
- Expert-level proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and BPM modeling techniques.
- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional is highly desirable.
