Responsibilities:
- Same as Associate Consultant, but with an increased level of responsibility in managing project schedules and stakeholder expectations.
- Take a leadership role in guiding the development team and stakeholders through product design, testing, and implementation processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation for larger projects.
- Lead in facilitating focus groups and workshops to gather user input and feedback.
- Oversee the UAT process and work closely with stakeholders to ensure proper testing and implementation.
- Manage the project’s scope and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Proven experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Extreme Programming) and UX development environments.
- Experience with business process software systems and complex software implementations.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and teams.
- Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, and BPM modeling techniques.
- Certification as Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional preferred.
