Responsibilities:
- Same as Associate Consultant, but with more responsibility for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple teams.
- Take a lead role in managing security and access control measures for both test and production environments.
- Oversee and guide incident and change management workflows, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Develop preventive measures to minimize downtime and human error through process automation and monitoring improvements.
- Lead efforts to implement full-stack monitoring and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Produce comprehensive reports on system performance, incident handling, and improvement efforts for stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and ensure they are aligned with the team’s objectives and best practices.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an Operations Engineer role, with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
- Experience with security and access control measures for test and production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with scripting tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and familiarity with monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to approach issues creatively and resourcefully.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
