Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and government policies.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring the infrastructure meets business and operational requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of infrastructure projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support.
- Ensure application infrastructure services meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Lead collaboration efforts between government agencies and central services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with hands-on experience in 3 full project development life cycles.
- Ability to manage large, complex projects and lead teams effectively.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for IT projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification (preferred).
