Responsibilities:
- Coach internal development teams to apply Agile principles and practices for delivering business value.
- Evaluate and recommend agile software engineering practices to the team.
- Remove impediments or guide the team in doing so.
- Build a trusting and safe environment emphasizing problem-solving and open communication.
- Improve transparency, radiate information, and over-communicate effectively.
- Enhance the development team’s velocity at a sustainable pace.
- Educate and support the Product Owner in product backlog refinement, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Adhere to the Agile Software Development Manifesto.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an agile environment as a full-stack developer or technical lead.
- Certified Scrum Master with at least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or equivalent software delivery role.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products, Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, design thinking, and workshop facilitation is advantageous.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
