Job Description
- Conduct group classes and private training sessions
- Plan and structure group classes
- Train and develop fight team
- Ensure safety of members
- Responsible for the end-to-end production (conceptualization, scripting, directing, producing, reviewing techniques & other post-production tasks) of Evolve University's online martial arts lessons (including but not limited to Master Courses and Training Series)
- Manage all related responsibilities & deliverables according to the assigned schedule
- Ensure all content meets branding guidelines
Job Requirements
- More than 2-5 years of Muay Thai Trainer.
- Passion and self-motivated staff.
- Well-groomed with positive attitude.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to present / coach and give helpful feedback in a group setting
- Must have good written and verbal presentation skills
- Well-versed and knowledgeable in martial arts, ideally in Muay Thai
