Our client is a Aviation Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process customer purchase orders using ERP (Cardex) and manage portal entries
- Research and resolve order issues, prioritizing based on urgency and ship dates
- Collaborate with warehouse, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Monitor open orders and expedite high-priority or complex shipments
- Coordinate critical shipments to meet deadlines through cross-functional teamwork
- Handle customer claims, returns, and credit/rebill processes
- Support Accounts Receivable in resolving payment-related issues
- Track part usage/demand for existing contracts and collaborate on pipeline management
- Analyze root causes of order issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and reports for order and customer issue resolution
- Assist in continuous process improvement efforts within the team
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Customer Support, or warehouse operations
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
