Job scope:
- Managing the recruitment process, from creating job postings to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, fostering positive workplace culture, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.
- Assisting with performance evaluations, setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting managers with employee development plans.
- Administering salary structures, benefits programs, and employee incentive plans, and advising employees on compensation-related matters.
Identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and helping employees with career development opportunities. - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, such as personal details, performance reviews, and benefits information.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Organizing activities and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
- Handling employee exits, conducting exit interviews, managing resignations, terminations, or retirements, and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Assisting in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, and addressing employee payroll queries.
- Promoting workplace safety, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety laws, and organizing wellness programs.
- Collecting and analyzing HR data to provide insights into recruitment, turnover, performance, and other workforce trends.
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR issues such as employee performance, disciplinary matters, and team dynamics.
Requirement:
- Handling over 100 headcounts.
